Members may qualify for exclusive access to our professional equipment through our FREE OF USE PROGRAM.

This option is available to verified business owners who maintain:

• Required third-party liability insurance

• Required repair coverage

• Approved membership status

Equipment access terms are outlined in your Membership Agreement.

 Mandatory Repair Coverage (Members Who Use Equipment)

To ensure every Business Member has reliable, uninterrupted service, we offer two levels of repair insurance coverage. This insurance protects your Canadian Gel Nails Inc. equipment and keeps your business running smoothly at all times.

Repair coverage is mandatory for all members who receive our equipment under the refundable deposit program.

1. Basic Repair Coverage — $15/Day 

Our Basic Coverage plan includes essential protection for salons and clinics that want affordable security and reliable maintenance.

What’s Included:

• Labour Costs Covered
  All repair labour performed by our certified technicians is included.

• Parts Coverage
  Replacement parts are covered when required for repair.

What’s Not Included:

• Pickup or delivery fees

• Temporary replacement equipment

• Priority scheduling

• Full-service logistics

Basic Coverage ensures your machine is repaired properly and cost-effectively.

2. Full VIP Coverage — $20/Day

Our VIP Full Coverage is the highest level of protection for businesses that want zero downtime and maximum convenience.

What’s Included:

• 100% Labour Cost Coverage

• 100% Parts Coverage

• Free Pickup Service
  We pick up your machine from your business at no cost.

• Free Drop-Off Service
  After repair, we deliver your machine back to your business free of charge.

• Free Replacement Machine Provided
  While your machine is being serviced, we provide a temporary replacement machine so your business never stops offering services.

• Priority Repair Queue
  VIP members receive faster turnaround times and priority support.

What’s Not Included:

• Intentional damage, abuse, or misuse

• Uninsured catastrophic damage

• Damage caused by non-approved technicians

VIP Coverage is recommended for busy salons, spas, and medical clinics that depend on continuous equipment availability

Third-Party Insurance Requirement

All participating Business Members are required to maintain their own commercial liability insurance as a mandatory condition for receiving and operating any equipment provided by Canadian Gel Nails Inc.

This coverage must protect the business in the event of:

• Misuse or improper operation

• Human injury or client damage

• Service-related incidents

• Accidents caused by staff or equipment handling

• Any treatment-related complications

This insurance is independently purchased by the business owner and is not provided by Canadian Gel Nails Inc.

Equipment Insurance Requirement

In addition to commercial liability coverage, every business must purchase third-party insurance that specifically covers the Canadian Gel Nails Inc. Laser Machine at:

• Full replacement value

• A higher insured amount

This insurance must protect the equipment in cases such as:

• Misuse or operator error

• Damage from treatment procedures

• Fire, flood, or unexpected incidents

• Theft or loss

• Accidental breakage

• Any operational accidents

Canadian Gel Nails Inc. Liability Disclaimer:

• ONLY provides laser equipment

• Does NOT provide treatment services

• Is NOT responsible for any misuse, injury, human damage, or operational mistakes made by the business or its employees

• Is NOT liable for incidents, accidents, or complications that occur while the equipment is being used inside the business

• Does NOT assume responsibility for client safety, treatment results, or professional conduct

All risks associated with:

• Operating the laser machine

• Treating clients

• Training staff

• Performing services

The full responsibility of the business owner, not Canadian Gel Nails Inc.

Summary of Requirements:

• Every business must have active commercial liability insurance

• Every business must insure the laser machine at full value or higher

• Insurance must remain active for the entire duration of equipment use

• Canadian Gel Nails Inc. is not responsible for any service-related incidents or injuries

• Business owners accept full responsibility for operating the equipment safely and legally
